Horrible experience at Horton Vineyards on 7/13/2013 7/14/2013

Bragged on how good Horton Winery was to the people I took to the winery for tasting. How wrong I was. No organization, rude person with the tasting and a really bad experience for all of us. I will no longer buy their wine, nor will I return to the winery. There are too many other wineries in Virginia that have much better customer service. I would suggest that Horton Vineyards look into this matter before they loose more customers. more

Too busy and rude!! 4/11/2006

We had a terrible experience at Horton Vineyard. They were packed full of people, there weren't enough employees, and the people who were working were very rude. They didn't tell us anything about the wine we selected to try and were ignored for a good bit of our time there. None of the wines we did taste were any good. We left sooner than planned because the experience was so terrible. Definitely not worth my time. more
