The changes are amazing! 3/20/2011

The changes that they have made in the last few months has been amazing. The bathroom is no longer cow print but a beautiful lavender and finally looks like a girls bathroom. The dance floor has been transformed into a club instead of a dive bar. The drinks are cheap and tasty and the bartenders are quick and caring. I never order a drink but just ask for ""something yummy"" and it always is. I have gone from never going into the Horse and Cow to hanging out there whenever I go out.! Give it a try you will be totally shocked! more

Had a great lunch!! 2/25/2011

Gave the Horse and Cow one more chance yesterday....and glad I did! Wow! Good food and more importantly, awesome bartenders! I was disappointed during my last few lunch visits'. But it redeemed itself yesterday with the help of Debbie and Nadine. Two very lovely ladies behind the bar, awesome wings and good music! more

great place to get ripped off 4/17/2009

Cheap beer, music, and a stripper pole...what could be better? How about only being charged for the drinks that you order? The bartenders will add extra drinks to your order and will often charge other people's drinks to your tab. If you're going to drink--pay drink-by-drink to make sure you don't get ripped off by the sloppy staff. more

Best of America Finest 12/10/2008

Originally founded to service the Best of America's Finest, (Submarine Sailors), the Horse and Cow has moved around, but has always welcomed all walks of Humanity. As a former Deisel Boat sailor I would expect and welcome rude service and tip requests. Tough love is only appreciated by those who have servived tough times. Pros: Can get pretty lively Cons: Can get crowded and noisy but tollerable more

Seattle Like Nightclub 11/23/2004

I found the staff rude, the bathrooms unclean and the bartenders slow. They evn ask you for a ""tip"" for the person taking your cover charge at the door. Talk about tacky. I usully wont leavea bar after paying a cover charge but after not being waited on, I went to the restroom where it was dark and musty. Me and my girlfriends promptly left. We were highly disapointed after hearing on the radio that this was the biggest seattle like club on this side of the water. more
