Horner Novelty Co. is THE place to go for all of your party needs. No matter what the occassion, I'm sure they will have something for you. They have all sorts of stuff, from party and wedding supplies to Bingo and carnival supplies. And they have a great selection of Halloween costumes! There are three locations total, but this location in Jeffersonville is by far the largest and the best! more
