Horizon Tile & Flooring

Typically, I'm not one to post reviews -good, bad or otherwise, but I had such an amazing experience with this company that I feel compelled to share! By the time I found Horizon Tile and Flooring, I had already received 6 astronomically priced quotes from other companies and had pretty much given up on the idea that I would be able to afford new flooring for my home. Against, what I thought to be my better judgement, I called for quote #7 and couldn't be happier that I did! Not only was their quote a few thousand dollars less than the others, it was also for a much better product. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted so Ron provided me several different quotes outlining the price difference for each option. He was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process and provided me all the information I needed to ensure that the flooring I chose would suit my needs, family and budget. We wound up going with a stained concrete overlay and it looks beautiful! I would, have and will continue to recommend Ron, Horizon Tile and Flooring, to everyone I know!!!! more

Do not hire this contractor. Since 2010 Horizon Tile has had problems getting work due to the owner Ron Jones attitude and business practices. I gave this contractor who currently has a suspended license over 56,000 dollars to do counter tops,tile,water fall,pool work,plumbing,bathroom,walls, and many other things. He claimed he had a license to do all of this. He didn't . He refuse's to complete the job and the R.O.C is currently investigating him. He owes my family over 14,000 dollars and to this day the work is not complete or up to code. If this contractor has done work for you then you have been ripped off. Call me at 602-625-7581 i will prove to you beyond a doubt that this contractor ripped you off,stole from you and coned you out of money. Yes his work can be ok. But after you talk to me your work wont look so great anymore. Do not let this man in your home or let him do any work. he never gave me an written estimate,invoice ,contract,or receipt. That is part of the con. he is very likable but a predator is coming your way to con you. Please call me if you have had work done by this company or Ron Jones.
