The person who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me what he did when he finished. He explained the company's fees and the papers I needed to sign. He also looked over the other pipes and my hot water heater and assured me that there were no more visible leaks, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with my experience with Horizon Services and will call them again for future needs. more

actually it was the best experience I've had with anyone who has ever come to do work on my house. no kidding. these guys were personable and knew exactly what they were talking about, even pointed out problems by heating oil company missed. because of their knowledge and what they found i was able to get my oil company to come out and do the repairs for free. i will definitely use Horizon again. more

Plan to call again 3/30/2011

I did have to call Horizon back the same evening because  there was a leak after the new parts were installed in the upstairs bathroom, but I guess things do happen. I called later that night around 8:00 p.m. and someone was immediately dispatched to my home and the problem was solved....just needed a little more soldering. But, again I really appreciated the way the call was handled and how Horizon saw to it that the job was done right and I was happy. I was satisfied with the work that was done and certainly plan to call on Horizon again. more

My heater wasn’t working properly and you sent someone out the same day that I called.  Jamie V. came out to my house and was extremely courteous, professional and explained in detail how he was going to fix my heater. He also gave good recommendations for future maintenance. I will definitely be contacting you again when I need service in the future. Thanks. more

" Just want to say what a great job your tech, Jim, did on my furnance cleaning this week. He was very nice, prompt, clean, and extremely thorough. GREAT CHECK UP 11/16/2010

I had a maintenance check up today under a service contract. It is a fairly new HVAC unit – installed in 2008 & I’ve had it serviced a number of times since then. Today’s technician, Mark, did an outstanding job…including a ‘spic n span’ cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. He represented Horizon in an exceptional manner. Thought you’d like to know. more
