absolutely the worst...was told i needed a root canal and crown by Dr. Erica Lesniak-Burns. I refused, as the tooth had never even been filled and was fine 6 months before. Another dentist i went to after told me it was an easy filling. Horizon and Dr. Erica Lesniak-Burns wanted 2000 dollars. The filling cost me 200. Absolutely disgusting more

LIARS, DECEITFUL, BAD WORK. Avoid like the plague.\r I went in for their ""Free"" checkup. I gave them my insurance card and was told ""your insurance will only pay for cleanings and xrays, no other services"" I left thinking I had a crappy insurance plan. NEVER was I told, that they JUST DIDNT PARTICIPATE IN MY PLAN, which pays 80% of all services with participating dentists. I had a broken tooth and made an appt to have the tooth crowned. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! 3 appts and 9 hours later, I finally had a crown, that fits terribly. I saw Dr. Erica Lesniak-Burns, who even ground off some of the tooth above it to ""make it fit"". The staff members making the temporary crowns, are very unskilled and it took them hours to make the temporary crowns, I left in tears each time. I now am out over $1000. dollars and have to live with a ill fitting crown. more

My regular dentist was not available. I called scheduled an appointment. I arrived on time filled out some paper work and was brought back right away. ""so far so good"". After that one of the people there took an x-ray and said the doctor will be in to see you shortly. After sitting in the chair being ignored for over 45 minutes i decided to leave. As i told the person that gave me the x-ray i was going to leave, she said the doctor is on his way and ran and got him. He honestlyl ran around the corner put me in the chair, gave me a hand shake, told me i needed a crown and left. If it was longer then 2 minutes that was a lot. being completely frustrated i got up to leave at the receptionist desk they informed me it will be $130.00. $96.00 was to see the doctor. I can understand paying for services if you receive them. I was fine paying for the X-ray, but when i was waiting for over 45 minutes with out being talked to, and then after saying i was leaving to have that done to me!!!!!!!!! They are over priced, they are unprofessional, and they don't respect there customers. considering i may have turned into a life long client and to be treated like that. DO NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Be ready to open your mouth.. and your wallet. This practice has no clue that people work for a living and do not have a money tree in the backyard. Go in for one thing, and they want to talk you (or rather force you) into doing everything NOW NOW NOW. Can't pay.. that's okay, you can finance it at such percent and then what.. maybe skip a car payment or not buy groceries?? Told them that the teeth that were not bothering me could wait until next year (when my insurance refreshed) and they were nothing but rude and nasty. I guess maybe the dental assistants get a commission on how many procedures they can book like a used car salesman? The facility is beautiful, but I'd rather skip the fireplace in the waiting room and have a facility that listened to me as a person more

I personally have not had any work done here but my fiance' and my sister in-law both have. I was able to schedule an emergency appointment for my fiance with no problem! They fit him in even though they were booked. And for someone who said "I'll never go to a dentist again", he's been back there about 8 times since. Very friendly staff. The Dr. takes his time and will stop and break if you're in pain. The office is gorgeous and they have coffee, tea, hot cocoa and snacks for the people in the waiting room. Which my daughter and I took advantage of. PROS: Great service CONS: Expensive more
