I admit, car shopping is not one of my favorite activities. I abhor the entire negotiations process. I was even more hesitant to visit a small non-corporate used car lot. But Horizon was not like anything I expected. Ed and his team are exceptional. Genuine enthusiasm. An honest appreciation for the buyer. Zero pressure. The desire to create a positive win-win situation. Their vehicles are inspected by a mechanic, but Ed had no issue with taking the Land Rover my husband and I were interested in to the LR dealer for second inspection. The report back from the dealer was outstanding, the SUV was in excellent condition. Purchasing a vehicle can be a guessing game. Even new vehicles can have mechanical / electrical issues, hence the warranties provided. But used cars often are out of warranty, which creates a bit more of a gambling situation when purchasing. We scouted out other Land Rovers at a couple of the LR dealerships and none of them offered any form of included warranty...oh, we could purchase an extended warranty...for several thousand dollars. Horizon was the only one who offered a warranty included with the purchase, meaning no additional monetary outsourcing by the buyer. Horizon offers what the actual dealer doesn’t...peace of mind. more

Let me start off by saying that I will remain a loyal customer to these people for life, and have already told all of my friends about them. Ed and Dmitriy were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about the cars on their lot as well as all different types of cars and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. They worked around my schedule instead of making me work around theirs, which is a breath of fresh air, and did not once pressure me or attempt to hurry me while I was with them, they were completely invested with my time and wanted to do everything in their power to help me choice the right vehicle for me. Overall, this was by far the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Amazing cars but even more great customer service, and overall great people. I will definitely be back for all of my car needs, and encourage you all to do the same! And most of all Thank you for my 2006 Subaru Legacy, It is absolutely amazing! more

was in the market for a used Toyota 4Runner, and Horizon Auto had few in stock. Ed was a pleasure to work with - not high pressure, but available to answer any questions we might have.We narrowed down to two that we liked - one was significantly more than the other, but Ed was helpful for both, and not trying to sway me either way. He agreed to swap the wheels and tires on the one I liked, and the following morning (after buying the car), they followed through exactly as they said they would. The transaction was very smooth, I felt the price was fair, and I am extremely pleased with the car. I would definitely consider Horizon Auto again the next time I am looking for a nice used car. more
