Wouldn't change a thing! 7/28/2010

Hopp Insurance has always been fantastic! My husband had this insurance when we met in 86, he already had this for over 12 years, we signed up and have had our insurance through Hopp all these years.\r We have had a few small claims over the years, automobile and even home. Never once has there been an issue or problem with getting things covered immediately. \r I hear tell of other insurance companies and the ""issues"" their customers have. Just wanted to give a straight up HURRAH for the people at Hopps, and a thanks for all you do! Pros: always helpful!! Cons: None so far in 30+ years! more

Not very responsive 10/22/2009

We had a rough time with this agency. They were able to find an affordable policies for us, but when an issue came up with the insurer, they weren't responsive to our inquiries and no one wanted to take ownership. A different person in the office would begin the process of answering questions, then never call back. When we asked again, it felt like we were beginning the process all over again with someone new. I'd recommend going with a different agency. I moved and am happy with my new agent. Cons: Disorganized...seldom talk to the same person twice more

Best Insurance Agency I have delt with! 9/4/2009

They are always able to get you the best price for your insurance. I went through a mis-hap and ended up with cheaper insurance with the same coverage. Amy was extremely helpful and on top of my situation. A big thanks to Amy and Hopp insurance. Pros: Always on top of the issue Cons: None! more

48 Years with Hopp Insurance and still going 7/28/2009

I have been insured with Hopp Insurance since I got my license at 16 years old. I'm 64 now and still working with the Hopp Family and will continue to use them as long as they are in business and I can still drive. Ray, Rays Wife, Randy, and Allen and all their staff have been great to work with. In my younger years it was not so easy to get insurance but Ray carried me throu with good coverage. Thank you for the almost 50 years of coverage. Pros: Always taken great care of our family more
