I've been going here for a couple years due to convenience and guess what? I dont know the owners name like one of the 5 star reviews (little suspicious dont you think) I won't go into too much detail but let's just say I have bought a car here and used the service department about a half dozen times (not including oil changes). Ripped off and overcharged EVERY time. Even have had them quote me a price on a part only to charge me significantly more for that part (even more than the more expensive option they made me aware of). They charged me $100 just to get the code when my check engine light came on. Then tried to chare me hundreds more to fix what they "think" is the problem. How do you charge $100 to read the code that the car uses to tell you what is wrong and still say they want to "try" one thing and then potentially charge you significantly more to try something else... This place is ridiculous, avoid it. Please understand that this review isn't based on one bad experience. Ive been there multiple times becasue it was convenient but the people are not particularly friendly or helpful and they WILL i repeat no matter what you get done THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. you can try them out, but I would really recommend somewhere else more

Good: Everyone, the guys parking the cars, mechanics and sales people were extremely helpful and very nice.. Bad: They were out of paper towels in the Men's Room which I didn't notice until I got done washing my hands.. Improvements: Can't think of any.. Other: I have been dealing with Hopkins Ford for many years. I live in New Jersey and travel to Hopkins in PA because of the exceptional service I've received over the years. I've purchased a few cars from them and have had my cars services there without incident. The owner there, Jack McKensie, has a wonderful group of people who go out of their way to please me every time I've been there. My hat goes off to these folks for delivering such fine service. I never write comments, but I this time I felt compelled to write. What a refreshing way to buy a car. I went on their website, and found the perfect MKX. I called the 800 number, and got one of their Internet Coordinators who made sure the car was there. Sure enough it was, They set an appointment around my schedule, I arrived and the car was up front as they promised. She introduced me to my salesman who showed me the car, and answered all of my questions. He explained the paperwork, and I took my new car home. Even my friend who was with me commented on how nice everyone is. I have already sent my brother there. Thank you for being so nice, and making my buying experience so easy! more

I bought a Car from Hopkins Ford Jenkintown company throught ww.AutoTrader.com, I bought this car according to the seller's description. The seller delivered a car very different that the car described, many options where missing, when I call the dealer i was told that the dealer is not responsible for the written offer. My lost is over $10,000. Be aware those guy hae not rule they may rob you without limit and scruples. more
