The Dr. took me off my meds and I was on Corvedilal which you should be weened off. On my second appointment he said continue to stay off the meds. I asked him are u sure. I recently I had sweeling in my legs. I go to the Dr expecting to be placed on meds again. There was a PA on duty, well intentioned but confused. I needed a prescription filled and she kept reminding me about scheduling an appt for the Cardiologist which was never mentioned prior. so why schedule an appt when I was removed of meds doesnt make sense. I just went that night and the Cardiologist was the one that visits the facility so where was the referal and where was my meds . Why did I have to wait two hours for them to call a prescription and why could I not get my prescription filled when my legs were swelling after my primary was the one that took me off the meds and why didnt the PA on duty know this. It was a level of competence that scared me especially if I was stroking out. This PA, I had to tell her about my health history and what occurred on the last two visits. Why wasnt the info in the charts. Why was it that it was only a month and a half since my last visit and the PA did not know who I was. I knew who she was during her training. The reason why is they are very disorganized and very incompetent. The Dr may be ok but the rest of the staff not sure , which calls into question the Dr competence in that staff. i will never ever go back period!
Cons: Very Disorganized
