I have been eating at Hop Hings in Fairfield since it first opened. I like trying new spots just in case I find myself a treasure. The restaurant does not carry a countless menu of items but rather carry a number portion of items for quick eating/ sale. Due to my often busy schedule and my lack of motivation for preparing my own lunch, I can count on going to Hop Hings and getting some quick dinner such as Beef Brocolli, Sting bean chicken with either steamed or fried rice. Its overall good healthy eating without having to go to your local fatfood drive through. If you have never tried Chow Fun, you must try it at least once. There basically thick noodles that normally are sold in ChinaTown but some how the owners have gone out of their way to accomodate those who like them. They do require waiting about 10 minutes to cook fresh. No worry, you can always call and order them and have them waiting when you arrive in a massive hurry because you are running late for work like I do frequently.
Pros: Quick, friendly, healthy, accessible.
Cons: Can't think of one
