I have used this florist 3 times so far. The first time I was overcharged by around $14. On the second order all was ok. The 3rd time I was double charged $50. I phoned the florist and was told that someone else charged me twice by mistake and that the charge was voided. The charge was not voided and $100 was withdrawn from my checking account since I used my debit card. After calling twice to resolve with the florist ineffectively. I had then had to contact my bank to try to resolve myself. My bank informed me that two credits were recently implemented, (thus, they did not void out the second transaction). Why two credits I asked my bank and was informed that the first credit was not for the full $50 so another credit had to be issued. It will now be another 2 days before I see the credit amount in my account for a total of 9 days of inconvenience. I don't know what is the problem is with these people, but I will never use them again. At the very least, they could have at least offered something off on my next order to retain my business, since I was a regular customer. I would have used them for years to come, but now they have lost my business.
