I've been to several luaus on Maui, and this is clearly the best. They are organized (I had a credit due, and when I gave my name to the greeter in the parking lot across the street, they knew I had a credit and told me exactly where to go to have it issued. The food is outstanding: a huge variety from pork to raw ahi. Everything was fresh, tasty, and there were huge portions available. I was given a mai tai when I entered, and it was sort of weak. I took it to the bartender who happily ""fixed"" it. When I went back later, he remembered me and gave me another excellent drink. The show was incredible. My knowledge of hawaiian culture is limited, so I don't really know how authenic it was, but it certainly appeared more ""real"" than other luau's I've been to. A great show and worth the price of admission.
