This guy operates the K.C. judicial system, at least in Jackson, Clay, & Platte counties. He has placed himself as head justice on the ""Non partisan judicial election committee"" in each county. Each one consists of one person who has donated money to the correct political machine, and of course an attorney, who is also ""connected."" Don't waste your money on a fancy attorney. If you are ""connected"" you will win. If you are not ""connected,"" you won't win, no matter the attorney. The winning attorney (for the ""connected"" party) gets to write the winning opinion, no matter how incorrect, how wrong, the facts and law are that were used to prop up excuse for the phony decision. If the opinion is bad enough, Howard will make sure that it is not published, so there will never be a review of any kind. The perfect crime.
Pros: Manages Judicial MOB, like a pro.
Cons: If you ain't ""made"" forget it.
