Paid $339.64 for 39.64 order!!!!!!!!!!!!1 9/30/2010

Food my be ok BUT_____BE CAREFUL--My take out order was 39.64 I filled the recpt in for $39.64---they charged me $339.64 against my debit--which created an issue number one---and then never reversed it until 5 days later.......I called to complain---WOOOPS the new girl did it---remember we were very busy! was the answer I got. NO Im sorry--we tried to reach you---not evern just I'm sorry--NOTHING__BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!! more

Needs a makeover and cleaning 5/2/2010

My family enjoys HKP's food for takeout, but we won't dine in their restaurant. Many of the seats (booths) are torn, tablecloths are either torn or burnt, the floor is filthy and the restrooms are dirty. This place needs a major makeover, and they have more than enough business to warrant it. Pros: The food is very good Cons: The restaurant is old & filthy more

I have been eating at Hong Kong Pearl for atleast ten years the food is very good but not always consistent and the prices are a little expensive but its the best chinese restaurant in the area more

The BEST in the Area 2/12/2009

This is the only place we will order Chinese food from at work. The food is EXCELLENT and you cant beat their lunch prices. Delivery can be a long wait sometimes but that is because its so popular. You definitely would not be disappointed trying out this place. more

Great food 2/8/2009

We usually do their take out. The food is excellent. I'm very picky about my Chinese food. This is the only place I will go for Chinese. They have a great selection and variety. Portion size has changed a little over the last year, but that could be due to the economy. Because their food is so good this is not the place to go if you're in a hurry. You will often have a long wait on weekends, but this should tell you the food is good. It's worth waiting for. more

Outstanding Asian Food! 10/29/2008

I am very picky about my Chinese food. and Hong Kong Pearl is the best I've been to in the suburbs. The prices are tad bit high (not like your local take-out). The dining room is always spotless and clean, the service is always top notch. Your water glass never gets below half full.\r \r The food is delicious, fresh, and abundant. This place gets busy quickly on the weekends, but it is definitely worth the wait. more
