Since moving to Palatine in August, we've tried a couple different Chinese restaurants and this is the best! Generous portion sizes. The beef and gravy is fantastic, as well as the kung pao chicken! The only complaint I have is that the egg rolls are way too salty! I couldn't even finish mine! more

Love Hong Kong Lite! Very fresh and healthy with minimal oil. Amazing abundant portions. Their Won Ton soup is the BEST ever, I always order extra to eat next day. The Singapore rice noodles are fabulous with the perfect amount of curry. The delivery is really fast and super polite. Even my son who became a Chinese takeout junky in college was impressed, said in all his hundreds of takeout/delivery this is the best. more

No seating, strictly carry out. The best Hunan and Schezuan I've found in the area. Reasonable prices, call ahead or have them deliver. Try the Mongolian Beef or the General Tsao's Chicken. Their egg rolls are the best I've had anywhere. Fast and friendly, the owners work the shop and are delightful young people. more
