The food, as always, was good. I order from there routinely. This time, there was an error in my order. No big deal, I thought. Mistakes happen. I called to inform them that the order was incorrect and asked that they correct it.
The woman argued stating that I had ordered online and ordered "X" not "Y". Yes, I said. I did order online and had the receipt indicating that I had ordered "Y". She reiterated that I had ordered "Y" and that "it's not my problem?. She put me on hold 3 times. I told her I?d drive there, show her the receipt so that she could correct the order, and she could return the delivery fee. Finally, she agreed to correct the order, stating that I could keep "X". When the corrected delivery came the delivery person asked for ?X" to be returned.
AY! Bottom line - food is good but this experience turned me off from ordering from there again. It?s unfortunate that they lost a regular customer over a $5 appetizer.
