I'm a new customer and I'm please try surprised by the professional service. Tech arrived on time, did what he said and kept me informed. I'm looking forward to our new service committment. My AC and heater units are not new and need the attention. more

Great customer service 4/26/2017

We love our new Lennox system. All the guys that have helped us were respectful, courteous and polite. We also upgraded to a UV filtration system which is amazing. We read all the reviews before we invited Honey's to give us an estimate. We liked the presentation from Simon so much we didn't get any other bids. You cannot find a bad review about them. We needed help figuring out the new thermostat and they had Nate come out almost immediately. Simon always answers our concerns day or night. Thanks to Al, Jeromy, and Tommy . If I forgot some people my apologies! We had so many wonderful people come over to help set things up and or follow up! Great experience more

Installation, inspection & maintenance of Hvac 4/26/2017

All the personnel from the sales rep, installers, & all technicians who installed & maintained my units were all courteous, professional & well knowledgeable of their jobs . I will definitely recommend Honeys air to all my friends & families ! more

Summer service check 4/24/2017

Tommy is a great guy knowledgeable and is a total professional. He has come to my house for a couple of services he always let's me know what is going on and goes the extra mile when i have had a concern to fix it or ensure me its not a problem . He also gives me tips on best way to take care of my system. more

great customer service 4/20/2017

i had a problem with my system after a power outage caused it to not shut off and they had no problem scheduling me an appointment for the next day to come check it out. the service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional something i don't see much anymore. i highly recomend this company and will be doing business again with them. more

Amazing service 4/14/2017

We highly recommend Honey's Air for new install as well as maintenance calls throughout the year. Our old unit was dying from old age and they kept it running sometimes at their own expense. All the service techs are honest, respectful, knowledgeable and have the experience to do it right. The install of our new unit was fast and they brought the system up to code. It's a one stop shop. We are sold on Honey's Air and recommend them to all. Thanks Honey's Air. more

Technician Came Out Promptly and Was Very Thorough 4/12/2017

I called Honey's Air and Solar recently to work on my furnace. I had never used them before but we recently purchased this home and we knew Honey's had installed the furnace, so we went with them since they were familiar with the unit. The technician came out promptly and was very thorough. He explained what was wrong with our unit and answered all our questions very willingly and thoroughly. The price was reasonable. more

I highly recommend Honey's Air & Solar! They came in at 7:30 and they were like clock-work. The crane came in, they put the unit in and at noon the roofers came in. They all worked very well together. I turned around and my house and yard were spotless! I had to tell them not to vacuum my whole house! lol The 3 men that worked on my house were very professional and I'm glad I went with Honey's. more
