I went to Honest 1 to use a Groupon and have a power steering part replaced. They found the best price on the part, called me to let me know the cost, and even applied a coupon for the part since it was seperate from the oil change. I had good experience there. Nice friendly employees and professional service.\r more

This is my first time here. I had gone to another repair service center for years till they changed managers and all the time and money I had spent with them did not equate into customer satisfatction. H1 more than beat the price of my existing repair center and did what they promised. I will return again for future repairs. Thank you.\r more

Both driver and passenger windows were malfunctioning, now they work like new. Console Shifter was not synchronized with transmission, now the indicator reflects the proper function and it is solid.\r more

Took the car in because of loss of power and knocking sound. Turns out the knock was from the bottom end, and the repair was not worth the value of the car. They kept in constant contact with me, and would not perform any repairs without my approval. I have used them in the past and they are entirely above board! Additionally, they have a pick-up and drop-off service. Further, they offer a military discount. Great folks!\r more

I went in on a Thursday afternoon expecting to have to wait a good 3 to 4 hours (I have a 4-wheel drive vehicle & the whole rear end had to be dropped to replace the leaky gasket) and they had to order in some parts, but it only took them about 2! They were EXTREMELY prompt, curteous, & quick! The price was fair, and they did a great job! I would definately go back myself, and also recommend to others.\r more
