Once again, the gents at Hondar came through in a pinch. Our van was having a rough time starting. Showing up to the shop unannounced, they were able to determine we were in a need of a need battery and got and oil change too. Straight forward, simple repair, but done quickly, which is greatly appreciated. You folks are a big reason we will always purchase vehicles that can be serviced at Hondar. Thanks again! more

I've been trying for almost 2 years to reverse the damage done to my 95 Toyota Tercel by National Tire and Battery and others. It's as though I've taking my car to wrecking yards and paying people to destroy the vehicle. They incorrectly repaired the brakes, incorrectly installed new struts, incorrectly aligned the vehicle and incorrectly removed and reinstalled a wheel bearing which for some reason they needed to do while repairing the brakes. When reinstalling the wheel bearing, they over-tightened it causing it to overheat and blow out destroying the entire rear axle which I then had to replace up in Maine where it blew out. Incredible! I can't say efforts were not made but neither NT&B, Firestone nor Sears Auto Service could figure out how to get the right, rear strut functioning correctly again after I'd repaired all the other damage done. The mechanic at Hondar House figured out what was wrong and replaced the strut, strut mount and spring (which was broken following improper installation). Everything finally works correctly again. It's such a relief not hearing the right portion of the car screeching anymore at every bump and bouncing up and down like a basketball. I highly recommend the Hondar House to others for service. more

I was able to set up my oil change online and received a notification that my reservation was kept. But the the part that blew me away was that not only did they identify that my inspection had run out, but they called and got it handled in 15 minutes so I could pick up my car completely serviced by 8:30 AM. Very happy with service. more

Have been a happy customer for 12 years. When they couldn't fix the computer problem and sent me to the dealer, they gave me a print out with the problem defined and my warranty coverage. A week later, they called to see how I did with the dealer, who charged me in spite of warranty coverage. They encouraged me to contest this, and am in process. HH went above and beyond the call of duty, as usual. Love these guys! more

Been a loyal customer for years. Always had great service in the past. At my most recent visit, for the first time, it seemed that a system (the tire pressure monitoring system) was a mystery to them. They could try to reset it. Most people lived with the light on the dash telling them it wasn't working, I was told (really?). And I might have to go to the dealer! Now, I don't go to dealers because my history with them tells me they are incompetent and sometimes thieves. So, I was quite disappointed albeit for the very first time with Hondar House. The TPMS light was reset, but came back on within a day. I would still recommend HH for most issues. more

I have been taking my Hondas here for years. I've been in many, many times and just had an oil change, nothing more, and the scheduled maintenance, nothing more. If they do tell me that I need something more expensive - I trust that I really do need it. My cars run well and I keep them for years. They are also extremely nice. more

I felt the technicians were very straight forward regarding the issues I came in for (noisy brakes and a faulty door latch). My brakes needed to be cleaned and the price quoted is the price I paid. I will have the door latch repaired at a later date and plan to return here to have it fixed. more
