Rude personnel in the parts department 12/2/2010

I called to inquire about a part and was transfered to 3 different extension before I finally got somebody to assist me. They told me they don't stock the part and didn't even bother to offer to order it for me which I think its the customary way of doing business. So I asked if they could order it for me and how much it would cost. I was shocked when the price came to double the amount that I would pay for the same item at autozone. When I became hesitant about the price, the person on the other end slammed the phone on the reciever! No courtesy at all! more

Great sales, customer service and financing folks ever! 5/31/2007

I just bought my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid and was impressed with Ben, Brian, Jack (Finance Manager) and Bill (Sales Manager) for their time and efforts in walking me through in purchasing my car at a great rate, also took the time and effort in explaining the ins and outs of how my hybrid car works... just people that cared, not people that try to sell you a car and see you on the way out.\r \r I would recommend buying your Honda cars there!!
