The sales force at Honda of Kingston is always helpful, never leaving me standing, wanting service. The sales guys are very busy, especially Saturdays (so try to avoid Saturdays), but that is a sign of known good sales service when shoppers swamp the known supportive sales office.
My sales person, in combination with the finance staff, always answered my special concerns for a higher mileage lease, or extended term finance plan.
I was not shoehorned into their pre-planned preferred package, nor did I get the feeling they had a hidden agenda of selling a car off their local lot (which this wasn't), or closing the deal by month's end (which it wasn't).
Even follow-up questions a month after the sale were addressed professionally and without delay.
A good experience, and my 4th Honda purchase; so they must be doing it right!
