I was treated with no respect or kindness during my visit to this urgent care facility. The doctor didnt even face me except when using the stethoscope, and when he decided to tell me that there isnt anything wrong with me (BTW, there is- I have low red blood cell count and orthostatic hypotension. The fact that I feel faint constantly is a good indicator that there is something wrong). He didnt go over my symptoms with me, and he mocked me. He didnt understand why I was there, because he didnt really ask. He said, ""So, youre worried about you ""thycle"" (cycle)? this man did not have a lisp, but he was demeaning my situation as a woman. I wasnt there because of my cycle, but because of other symptoms. I also heard him mocking me outside my door. I felt so humiliated and disrespected when I left, and I will complain to management. more

I went to this place for a naught in my leg and in a lot of pain. The dr told me I had him stumped. He did not take any x-rays or blood test and gave me antibiotics and pain killer and sent me home. He acted like I was bothering him I seen him all but 3 minutes . They also charged me for a specialist visit and from what I seen there was not a specialist on site at that time.. After follow up visit to the ER I had a blood clot and could have died. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. more
