We rented from them for 1 1/2 years and it was awful. They wouldn't get anything fixed (our shower backed up for over 4 months straight), they don't call you back when they say they are going to about an issue, and per their own set rules of getting your deposit back in 10 days (if everything is maintained well) you can expect to go pick it up yourself after 11 days. Good thing they have ""rules"" that we need to abide by but they don't. Also, they care very little for the house and only want their money. I'm surprised the furnace still worked at our house after not changing out the filter in over 1 1/2 years. Find somebody else if you can.
