BE AWARE of this rental company. They will get as much from your DEPOSIT as possible. \r \r Do as much research about HOMETOWN!! I have read alot of reviews about them after I have moved out, too bad, I would not have rented with them, if I have known before hand, what type of low-scum Hometown really is. \r \r WARNING to the PUBLIC: DO NOT RENT FROM HOMETOWN PROPERTY.\r \r THEY WILL TAKE AS MUCH FROM YOUR DEPOSIT as they can.\r \r They will charge you for little things to fix in your rental and they will TRIPLE charge you! BELIEVE me, I could not believe myself when I got the bill.\r \r They will charge you for utilities that you had already PAID IN FULL.\r \r WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! They do not answer the phone. They constantly mess up on rental records. They do not come and fix the problems in the home when it had been called on may times. They do not take care of the homes when they are vacant. They are very indignant when they talk to you and act as if they are doing you a favor when in reality they are taking you for everything you got. Very unfriendly especially the property manager Julie P. The home I rented from them was not up to code with there electrical outlets and I lost a brand new computer due to it. Staff are rude, rude and more rude (Kim) and (Daniel). Daniel is part owner and the rudest of the bunch. If your not a republician don't bother with this company as Daniel flonts her political nonsense in here office and mixes politics with trying to do business. If your not on her political side of things then your doomed form the start.. Eager to tack on charges for maintenance anytime they get the chance. They NEVER return calls. They obviously never check their answering machines that the front staff enjoys connecting you to, even when the folks you want to talk to are sitting there screening their calls. \r \r If you don't want to ever hear from them except when they want to tack on maintenance charges then they are the company for you.\r \r Bottom line is they only care about themselfs and not their homeowner customers that they fail to realise are the source of their income. This mangement company is very unprofessional. I do not recommend them to anybody. They have very poor communication. They also are attempting to charge $1600+ for an additional months rent at our lease end although they were given notice we would be moving several times. Trying to resolve this matter with them has ended up in being hung up on, be spoken to rudley, and them refusing to return calls. I recommend you find a company that will not bring these false issues to you in the first place but if they do that are willing to professionally resolve the matter. more
