This is a great service department to work with. They are friendly, efficient, and well mannered. They took the time to explain what they were doing to my vehicle and each charge. They also answered all of my questions clearly. Their prices were very fair. I could not have asked for a better service department to work with. I have worked with other dealerships and found this to be the best so far. They returned my car quickly and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of Beckley Service Department. more

They go the extra mile to make sure that You're taken care of. They treat You like they want to be treated. When I buy another car and they have a car that I like, They will get our business. Our Son bought a car there. Great experience. If You want Your car fixed and want great service, give them a try. more

The service department here is top-notch. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, the work has always been done timely and any repairs needed were explained thoroughly before proceeding. more

I was mid way through an 800 mile trip when my check engine light came on. Thankfully it was a simple problem, but I'm sure the people at the Beckley, WVA Hyundai dealership would have made even a major problem as easy as possible. I highly recommend them to all. more
