I used to receive ""okay"" service with Homestead, but that's changed. They come out when needed, but the billing and customer service side has taken a nose dive and I will look for another vendor. Jaime was short with me and made it seem like it was our fault for their mistakes and shortcomings. Come on Homestead! Employ good staff that represent your company and finance department well! It's a competitive world out there, and I for one, will not use you again.
