Hostile and unresponsive 6/17/2011

The representative of the company was belligerent and hostile when we asked him to revise his initial estimate and remove some tasks we did not want done....this was a minor request. All he had to do do was edit his list and send us a revised total....he implied we were being too demanding and got rude with us. I DO NOT recommend this company, was an unpleasant experience! more

Friendly from beginning to end. The electrician knew what he was doing, talked clearly and pleasantly, and answered all of my questions. Their rates were excellent considering what great service I got. I highly recommend this company. more

Great Customer Service 10/27/2005

We called Homeowner Services after experiencing electrical difficulty upon moving into our new house. They are the friendliest people ever. When the electrician came over, he worked quickly, efficiently, and answered any and all questions we had. And there were alot!! He was on time and his work came in under the estimate we were given. Their prices were very reasonable. I am happy to reccommend them to anyone who needs electricial service. more
