I wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU as well as your dispatchers for all their help, during our “speed bump” from Mother Nature. Both men were very patient, kind and very understanding with the minute to minute changes. They kept me informed when there was a change. Because of them, all of our employees made it to the hotel. I cannot thank them enough for the service. I did feel that I was, and all employees were handled professionally and each one felt as they were #1. Thanks again. more

I want to thank you for providing exceptional service for my mother who was traveling from White Branford, CT, back to Fairfield, CT. She is elderly and has difficulty walking. Just wanted to let you know that everything went great yesterday, the ride down to Fairfield and the ride home. Both drivers were great and a real pleasure. I look forward to using your service again in the future. Thanks for the last minute change to our pick up time in New York for the ride home. The timing was perfect. I am retiring and my last day is tomorrow. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate all the help you have given me over the years and how wonderful it was to work with you. I truly appreciate all of the help you have given me and I cannot thank you enough. I want to say “thank you” again for all the help you gave me with my daughter’s wedding several years ago. I will miss talking with each of you. I hope you both have a Happy (and healthy) New Year! more

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for such great personal service to me and my family on our last vacation. We are scheduled to go on our next vacation in a couple of weeks, and while making my reservations, I was reminded why I am choosing Hy's for our airport transportation. Last February, on our way to the airport, our 11 year old son left his favorite Yankees cap in the back of the limo. We told him we would just call Morano's Limo and see if we could pick it up or have it mailed for when we return. Instead, the driver who brought us to the airport hand delivered it to our mailbox himself! We were so impressed. You don't get that kind of service anywhere anymore unfortunately. Thank You again. more

I would like to tell you how pleased we were with the service your chauffeur provided us with from the pier to our home. I was so impressed with how immaculate he looked when he stepped out of the limosine. He was polite, courteous, and very attentive to the road while driving. I had never been to New York and he even pointed out points of interest. I look forward to using your service again. more

Our recent driver was professional and understood the importance of our employees catching their train; even though we were running behind on time. He arrived at our starting point on time and delivered us safe and sound. He is an amazing driver and he should be acknowledged for his hard work and his professionalism. We could have not asked for a better driver. more

He was courteous, incredibly helpful at the airport, and drove at an appropriate speed on the highway in a comfortable manner.
