Reservations were made 3 weeks in advace, then confirmation called 4 days in advance to confirm 2 beds in room, on arrival we were charged extra to correct their mistake. Sinks were plugged, air conditioning worked part time, no maid service, garbage in hallways, mold in shower stall, human hair stuck to shower wall. Towel rack hanging from wall, sink missing parts to open drain. No staff in evening, wake up call not possible. Left 1 day early due to business, hotel does NOT give refunds.
