My wife and I found a bed that we really liked at home makers and the manager there moe told us he would give us a great deal on it,it was a regular 2600.00 and he would give it to us for $1199.00. I thought that was great because it was an amazing bed and was built great but he said it was discontinued and that is the reason he could give it to us for that price. We said we would think about it and the next day I went down there to talk about the price and was gonna buy it and he said that he wanted $1299 for it...I told him he told me 1199.00 but he insisted he did not. Either way I told him I wanted it,we had just bought our first new house and I would be back in the morning to get it. So I show up and pay him 1300.00 cash and he says he would have his guys take it apart and deliver it for free! So about 30 mins later they show up at my house with the bed,we were excited and when they got done putting it together we went and looked at it, turns out it was a DIFFERENT BED!! Dont get me wrong it was a nice bed but it wasnt the one that we purchased at all....I wouldnt even have bought the bed they delivered because it was nothing special. So we said no problem we will just go down and talk to moe...so we go down there and at first he is like ""oh I will gladly take it back and Im here to make you happy,blah blah blah. So I said well I would either like them to give me the bed I paid for or give me my money back, they swore up and down it was the same bed like I wasnt gonna remember what the bed looked like or something and so I insisted he give me my money back...when the lady starts to get my money out the drawer moe says hold on and calls his brother sam who owns the store and starts talking in another language to him. He then hangs the phone up and his attitude did a 180 and he yells ""we wont take anything back ,we will see you in court!! I said man just come get this bed that I did not pay for out of my house and give me my money back it isnt that hard!! So then he puts me on the phone with the owner and the owner tries to switch it around on me saying that I just wasnt happy with the bed and that I came in and called them liars and just said it was the wrong bed because I didnt like it. He then said that :he did not want my money,and his guys werent going to come in my house because I might lie and say they did damage,so for me to go home and take the bed apart and set it in the front yard and they would come get it and give me my money back"" !! Even though the bed was really really heavy I just wanted my money back so that is what I did. They came to my house an hour later,got the bed and gave me my money back. The point of what happened is that MOE thought he could get away with switching out the beds upon delivery and keep the nice bed and give me a cheaper one so he would make more money,then they sat there and lied to my face swearing up and down that it was the same bed...these people are crooks and I wouldnt recommend buying ANYTHING FROM THEM!! YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE YOUR GETTING A GREAT DEAL AND YOU MIGHT BE,BUT WHEN THEY SHOW UP WITH SOMETHING NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHATYOU BOUGHT AND YOU HAVE TO SPEND HALF OF YOUR DAY ARUING WITH THEM ABOUT IT TO EVEN GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
