I purchased a fan on a credit card but wanted to return it. They finally agreed after multiple emails and a multitude of calls to take it back if we purchased another fan. We agreed and purchased a second fan using our credit card. It was difficult to get them to send a pickup service and again multiple frustrating calls just to get them to complete what they said they would do. We are now in the process of trying to get HomeCenter to refund the purchase on the first fan. When you call you are dumped into a recording. When you email them they say to watch the status on the web site. It is my suspicion that something other than good service is being transacted at HomeCenter.
My next plan is to contact other agencies and report what is transpiring. If anyone can contact me with another approach on how I might get my refund please me an email.
