Valerie is a wonderful, caring, sensitive person, which translates greatly into her teaching practice. Since I have been studying with Valerie, I have extensively increased my flexibility, strength, and stamina. In the meditation, I have been able to center myself in ways that I had not thought possible. I look forward to my private sessions. It is consistently one of the highlights of my day! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to study yoga at home.
