Good: The installers. Bad: The product, the service, the management and broken promises. Improvements: Training for their sale staff and stand behind their promises/agreement. Other: We had all our windows replaced and were promised in our agreement poplar wood to replace all the rotted wood, however, they installed pine wood instead. We were promised that the windows glass size would be the same size; however, they were 10% less glass. The manager offered us a $200 discount and told us he would take it from his sale rep commission on our window sell. Is that the type of company you would want to do business with? The list of broken promises goes on and on.
