My neighbors had Window World come out to install their windows a year ago. After asking them about their windows they said they have had several service issues with the windows...So we shopped around and found Home Windows Installed. Everyone had great things to say about Home Windows Installed in Indianapolis so we decided to go with them do to the fact they had the best products and pricing. We love our new windows and our neighbors said they wished they would have found Home Windows Installed a year earlier. more

We thought they would at least put our blinds back up for us. We took them down and thought they would put them back up. The installers were great except they didn't put my blinds back for me. Next time I will find a company that will take my blinds down and put them up...with out me having to ask. I shouldn't have to ask a comapny to put our blinds back up, they should already know to do this when they finish a job. more

Home Windows Installed in Indianapolis sold us 10 windows at $175 per window installed. The windows are great but the installers did not put back up our blinds. We took them down and the least they could have done is put them back up for us. Overall the windows are great! I would have given them five stars if they put the blinds back up. more

Good: The installers. Bad: The product, the service, the management and broken promises. Improvements: Training for their sale staff and stand behind their promises/agreement. Other: We had all our windows replaced and were promised in our agreement poplar wood to replace all the rotted wood, however, they installed pine wood instead. We were promised that the windows glass size would be the same size; however, they were 10% less glass. The manager offered us a $200 discount and told us he would take it from his sale rep commission on our window sell. Is that the type of company you would want to do business with? The list of broken promises goes on and on. more

We recently bought a home in Indianapolis from Centex Homes last summer in July. We totally over looked the quality of windows that were installed in our new home. Our windows were also drafty, you could feel the wind and cold come through the windows. We found Home Windows Installed and decided to get pricing and we were pleasantly surprised how well priced they were. The big question was would we get outstanding service as well? We choose to get the Trademark 8000 which was a great choice! The service we received was more than outstanding and we have noticed a huge difference on our gas bill! I recommend that if you need windows to call Home Windows Installed, they made all the difference when it came to replacing our windows by educating us on the windows and installation. I feel like I know more about windows then most window salesmen out there…One of the window guys that we had out to our home was shocked about how much I knew after talking to Home Windows Installed.
