Our experience with the The Home Theater Guys has been very good. The technician that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had scheduled a time slot from 2 until 4 and he got here right at 4, so he was on time. And, he provided great service. It was a good experience all the way around. more

My system has never worked so well. 12/29/2010

Blane, from The Home Theater Guys, did an outstanding job. The quality had gone down on my AD receiver and the DVD player, and he got it back to good picture quality. Not only did he correct all of that, but he found a longer menu with settings that needed to be corrected all the way through. He changed the settings so that now they all get put through the amplifier in order to upgrade the settings and get the best quality. Blane did a great job. I have heard that he works with computers as well, so if I ever have trouble with my computer I will call him. If everybody in that company is like Blane, then The Home Theater Guys are the ones to call. Even the sound was better on my system. It has never worked so well, even from the first day of being professionally installed by someone else to begin with. R. Du Bois more
