I found them on half off depot and made an appointment to have my house cleaned almost 2 months in advance. The e-mail conformation gave me a 2 hour range of when they would be here. They did not show and I called them and they said they were to busy to clean my house. I rescheduled for the next week. They called in the morning with a time they would be here, then called again with an earlier time. After hours of waiting and still no cleaning people, I called and they had another house they were going to do instead of mine. I asked for my money back and they would not give it back to me. So I have a dirty house and no refund. I would give them no stars but I am not sure that would register on this site. With so many other cleaning services around don.t waste your time with this one more

Excellent service, from the minute of scheduling to the arrival of the cleaning. The end result was awesome. I am planning to have them return on a regular basis. Tammy is the owner and expects only the best from her employees and wants to please the customer. She and her teams asked specific questions so that I had control of the cleaning and they cleaned the way I wanted. That made me so happy. I am ready for them to return again. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of cleaning you need. more

Girls were on time and did a fantastic job. They were hired for a one-time cleaning but I was so happy with their service and dedication to the quality of work they do, I've hired them for weekly cleanings. I'm very happy with their service. Pros: Excellent Customer Service. Cons: ??? Don't know of any. more

When I first contacted Home Sweet Home Cleaning for a quote Tammy was very prompt and helpful in answering all of the questions I had. The quote was a little lower than some of the othe companies so I was skeptical at first. However when the girls first cleaned for me I was so amazed at the quality of their work and their willingness to make me happy with my home. They wanted to clean my home the way I wanted it cleaned, not like the other companies that do it their own way. Home Sweet Home Cleaning has been cleaning for me for about six months now (every two weeks) and I have not been dissatisfied yet. As a matter of fact, my husband and I have just hired them to start cleaning our business as well. We couldn't be happier!
