I have spent at least 10K at this location in the past 3 years, much like the other big store, some employees are helpful, but most are not. After spending many hours correcting a labor charge that was incorrect from a carpet installation quote, I was told to sign up for financing to receive 24 months at 0%, this was the selling factor over Lowes, who's quote for similar quality was about $500 less. This was my only reason for signing up for credit, and the carpet is the only charge on account. Notes were made on my receipt of 24 months at 0% by store clerk and of course I get statement and no 24 months. A good indication of a company is customer service, horrible and 10 minutes to talk to somebody live at the Home Depot finance company, I was told to write a letter to the CEO, shows the education level of the person I was dealing with, a CEO of a billion dollar company going to get involved in a couple $100's of financing charges.
