My technician, Ryan, was on time for our appointment, and even called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself with a handshake, and gave me a business card. He then fully described the process, and got right to work! After completing the Groupon work, he offered additional services, but at no time was he pushy in any way. After completing all work, Ryan was thorough in cleaning up any mess he made while working; everything was put back the way he found it.
