The service I received from HMP was great. They are very professional and Fred is a very knowledgeable person. I gave them a budget that I had in mind and he delivered the services with in the estimates. The quality of the work is good and they are very detail oriented. Home media professionals primarily concentrate on the needs and wants of their customers. They are excellent on providing after sale services and I am saying this from my personal experience. Their support portal is terrific. Hence they have become my favorite store and provider. If you are searching for an authentic reliable company who would not take advantage of your budget, then you have to give them a call.. Excelent Service and Value for your Money 5/20/2010

We have used HMP from the time we started building our home. They have done all electrical, low voltage, home automation, and entertainment systems. Because they planned everything ahead of time we had zero changes, and no delays. They have assigned us project manager who were a former builder and he understood the whole process and was a great help. All of the people we worked with were top notch professionals and knew what they were doing, did it fast, clean, and with no issues. Our system performs as promised, but we think the theater sounds much better than we expected. The picture is crisp and lifelike clear. Our friends who have home theaters give praises to the way it sounds and looks. Great company and we would use them again. Best company and easy to work with 7/14/2009

What a great company to work with. Their support is excellent. One of my remotes was completely destroyed by my dog. They ware able to have one in my house within hour and did not charge me to configure it, since they had the configuration in their system. They have installed 120"" curve screen in my home, and whole home audio system. All controlled at a touch of one button. Great People with Great Products 7/15/2008

These folks are the experts at what they do. They were referred to my by a friend who have used them to install a home theater in their new home. They have done the same in my home. I love my new home theater, the lighting automation and my living room 65? LCD TV. All work was done perfectly, cleanly and on-time. Did I mention that I love my Universal Remote; I control all of this high tech stuff with just one button. Pros: Experts, Price, Work Quality, Clean and Friendly Installers, Great Communication Cons: They are a bit busy, but worth the wait. more

Horrible customer service 7/15/2008

New staff, poor customer service. They are friendly on the phone, but do not return calls despite many attempts to contact them. It is frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend them. Service before the staff change use to be remarkable. It's not even worth one star. more

DO NOT USE - Still waiting for delivery today some 4hrs AFTER it was promised - the ""paging"" service is unable to help.... 6/21/2008

Promised 1pm delivery Saturday and its 5pm Saturday - no calls, nothing - repeated calls to the ""paging"" service have elicited no response. The ""Professionals"" part is sorely lacking. more

Do not recommend!!! Would not let me give it no stars...... 6/18/2008

We are extremely frustrated. The service initially was great, now it lags, no call backs, they've been ""working"" on a problem for us since May 1st. The staff has changed, new people equal extremely poor customer service. No response to service issues yet despite several attempts to contact them. Horrible customer service. Will NOT recommend. Michael Garfield - High Tech Texan recommended these guys. They have installed home automation and home theater in my new home. They are the best, work hard, and deliver on time and as promised. Their staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond. My wife, was impressed in how clean the house was after major upgrades. I was impressed with speed and efficiency. I would recommend them to my friends and will buy from them in the future. more

Missed Appointment Post Script 11/12/2007

To their credit, they reached me on my cell while I was commuting to work, 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment. They apologized for the confusion over the appointment and rescheduled, at my convenience, after hours. They showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment and were efficient in providing me with a very competitive estimate. I have not yet engaged them for an actual service, but their efforts to make good on the missed appointment were very impressive. On balance, they struck me as deserving of another chance. I will likely award them with the work based upon their recovery from the missed appointment and their pricing. Pros: Very customer service oriented Cons: Might need to improve administrative practices at the office. more

Home Theater that looks and sounds better than going to one !! Thanks Job Well Done 8/30/2007

My spare room has been transformed to silver screen dream. I recently went to see a movie in real movie theater and it can not even come close to the clarity and quality of the picture I got in my home. Guys from Home Media hooked me up with 100 inch screen, high definition projector, digital sound processor speakers and sub. I get full HD experience and digital sound. But above all I love the Logitech remote. One button starts my systems up one more turns the lights down. Picture is crisp and bright, I would probably never go to a movie theater again. Why go if I can get a better experience in my own home. I definitely recommend these guys. Job well done and money well spent. I am looking forward to my popcorn machine being delivered next week. Awesome Guys - True Professionals 8/14/2007

Thanks ! I enjoy my home even more now. I can listen to different programs in home, bedroom, bath, and my patio. It is amazing what these guys do with technology. I am not technical but with one remote I control my TV, music in my entire home, lights all around and inside my home, and my pool. They delivered on a promise, my home is a smart home now. Very professional and smart team, started and completed my project on time. I will definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future. A+ Service and Value. Pros: They made a complex system simple to use and understand. Cons: Scheduling, they are best at what they do I guess. Had to wait a few days to get on the list. more

Great Service, Clean Work, Punctual 7/6/2007

Home Media Pros installed two wall mounted Plasma TV's in my home one in bedroom one over fireplace. They were very helpful in selecting the locations and what most amazed me is that they brought in their own blankets to cover my hardwood floor. The techs were very friendly and professional. I got free wall mount out of the whole deal and paid $320 less then estimate from Best Buy. I highly recommend and will use them again. I found them thru service magic, but looks like they are on city search to. Pros: Next day instalation appt. Worked with my schedule. Very professional. Cons: dont have any more
