I've been using HomeLife Housekeeping for three years, and I've been very pleased with the quality of the work done! I also appreciate that if the regularly scheduled person can not be there, they call you and offer a replacement. I like their communication, and I like that I get a reminder call the day before the appointment. I also think it's great I get a response quickly when I call the office. On top of all that, I enjoy that my whole house, from top to bottom, gets cleaned at once. They do a great job! more

We've had HomeLife Housekeeping for a long period of time. They were with us for eight years in our Temecula home, and have been with us four years since moving here. They are always very cooperative. If we have to change a time or drop a cleaning because we're going on vacation, they're always very helpful with accommodating that. Ever since I started using HomeLife a couple years ago, I have been totally satisfied with their service. Whenever I call them, they are always very friendly, polite, and accommodating. If I have to change my day of cleaning, they are more than happy to do that and I have always been satisfied with whoever they send to clean my house. And I have complete trust of all their staff. If I have to leave the house while they are there, I have no worries. Every person is warm and friendly and does whetever I ask. They are always on time and complete their job in a timely manner. I like the fact that they call the day before to confirm their arrival at a specific time. I would highly recommend HomeLife to anyone who needs them. more

HomeLife Housekeeping is wonderful! When they come in to clean my house I don't have to tell them what to do and I don't have to attend to them. They come in, do it, and leave. The cleaners are extremely polite and extremely efficient and thorough. I've been having them come here for three years or maybe four. It's hard to recommend someone, but they are professional, they are bonded, and they have full insurance. They are a professional business and that's all I want around my home. more

I joined the service years ago because I was tired of hiring single cleaning ladies who would stop showing up after a couple of months. The girls at HomeLife are reliable. I first contacted HomeLife over 11 years ago. I asked one of the owners, Barbara Jarnes, about the services offered, and then, together, we adjusted the work order to include other of my needs. I was very impressed with her professionalism, with her understanding of the homemaking duties of HomeLife employees, and also with her understanding of my preferences.\r On occasion, if something needed the attention of a housekeeper, I would call Barbara, and she always attended to the issue with the employee, thereby relieving me of the need to resolve the matter. She is an excellent manager and business person, as are other members of her family who participate in the business. On a rare occasion she has been willing to adjust my schedule should there be a fair and reasonable need to do so.\r Over the years I have been fortunate to have the services of several HomeLife employees and have been more than satisfied with them, finding it a pleasure to have them in my home. I was very unpleased with the service recieved. The house cleaner was not thorough in her cleaning. SHe cleaned some areas in some rooms, like the floor and the blinds and skipped other rooms. The next day I slowly began noticing areas that she did not clean that I had asked her to. She was in my house for six hours and I felt like when she left I had just waisted $220. I felt like I could have done a better job in a shorter amount of time. I will not use home life again and do recommend anyone else to use them!!!! more
