In the process of buying a new home, I was looking for a home inspector and found Home Inspector-Consultants in the Yellow Pages. I decided to use them after checking them out on the Better Business Bureau and seeing that they were a reputable company. I had a good experience with Home Inspector-Consultants. They were thorough in the inspection and explained everything to us, breaking it down so that we understood it. They found a few things that we are getting taken care of now; it was good to be informed about those things. On the day of the appointment, they were running a little behind schedule but I think it is because they are so thorough. Also, I only gave them a day's notice when I called to schedule the appointment, and they squeezed me in, which I appreciated. Nikkesha Mead more

Excellent inspection. 4/12/2010

I decided to use Home Inspector-Consultants, Inc. because of the good ratings they had on the Better Business Bureau. I set up everything through Michael and did not have to wait a long time for them to come out to do the inspection. Their availability was good. The inspection was excellent. The inspector was very professional in appearance, as was the company vehicle, and their prices were good. I also like that they do an on-site report. I have decided to purchase the house. more
