I recently put my house on the market and I wanted to fix any and all problems ahead of time so that it would be an easier sale. I heard of Jim Suchy through my neighbor and my real estate agent, who both had nothing but great things to say about him. He very thoroughly inspected my home, and explained how each problem should be fixed. We fixed everything on his report, and we quickly had a buyer under contract. (The buyer's inspector didn't find a single problem with the house.) The pre-listing inspection made the transaction so easy, and it was definitely worth the money! more

We used Jim Suchy for an inspection of a foreclosure property. The house was missing all of the appliances, Jim charged us for checking the appliances! He is a lousy person, a scammer. His own check list has as item #10 check and run all appliances, but did he give us a credit for the ones missing? No! When we called him on it, he said too bad. He made a $1200 off of us. We were even a repeat customer, having used him for the last house. Did he want to keep a customer happy and waive item #10? Give us a bit of a break as we head into a foreclosure? No. Trust me, I'm telling everyone- he's a crook! Hire anyone else to test your outlets! Pros: neat in presentation of report Cons: over charges, charges for nothing, rips you off more
