This company promotes deals aggressively all over the city and I purchased 5 vouchers with inconsistent results on the last 3 that I've redeemed to date. \r

Today's appointment was a train wreck. My 'housekeeper' showed up almost an hour late. No one called me and I had to track her down. Apparently, this poor kid (she looks 17) was given the wrong address and ""had to borrow a phone to call me"". When she finally arrived, she only had her purse and an ipad with her. She did not look like she was prepared to work. \r

When I called Richard to ask him to reschedule my session and send me someone professional, he badgered me about why I did not leave a review on my previous positive experience. He screamed at me, then proceeded to hang up on me - I kid you not!\r

It looks like many others here have had bad experiences with Richard and this 'so-called' company too. Do NOT work with HomeHelper Housekeeping. Richard (owner) is beyond rude and his 'staff' are kids with no cleaning supplies.
