I ordered bathroom sink faucets from Home Depot, and discovered upon receiving the order a couple weeks later that there was a manufacturing problem that left one of the faucets without internal mounting threads. Returning and reordering would have meant weeks without the use of the sink, so the floor manager used tools in his store to thread the part for use so we could use it right away. THAT is what good customer service is all about. I hope Home Depot appreciates the quality of employee of this young man. He has made the store look good.
