Terrible. Installation and corrections took 6 months. The crew showed up, installed faulty wood floor which had to be torn out and replaced with another product. Store manager terribly rude. Flooring company installs all of Home Depot floors in San Antonio, Tx area, sent 3 different crews. They showed up at 11 every day, took a lunch break for 1 1/2 hour and left at 5. We had to take off work during the times they were here and yet they still managed to steal jewelry, gold, silver, and boxes of antiques. Since wood floors were going in several rooms, stuff was piled in my bedroom and a spare room. We couldn't watch them every second. The company takes NO responsibiity. It may cost a little more to use a private flooring company but it will be worth your sanity and you won't lose your treasures. the Service we got from Home Depot was simply the WORST NIGHTMARE and a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble-DON""T be tempted by their ads. Go elsewhere.
