They are always at the house when they are suppose to be. If someone forgets to clock in a manager will call to make sure they are there. We know that the caregivers are working instead of using their cell phones. more

We were very worried about hiring someone to care for our father. We met with several companies in the Gainesville areas.They all seemed the same but after our research we found out that most of them were not really home care agencies but just nurse registires.I had a friend who used a nurse registry for their family member and was told that the company took care of all the employees insurance coverage only to be sued by a worker who fell in their home. The "agency" then told them that they did not employee the caregiver therefore they didn't provide workers compensation. My friend had a tom of legal bills and expenses. We narrowed our choice down to 2 agencies and picked Home by Choice. The office staff is easy to work with, they send out manages to check to see how the caregivers are doing. So far after 8 months all is well! more

This is a great home care company. They are always on time. Have great response to any questions that we may have and do what they say they will do. They do not miss appointments. more
