Horrible 6/7/2011

Rude. Unwilling to even consider performing warranty service despite being listed by manufacturer as the location in Baton Rouge. Did I mention rude? Unwilling to be helpful at all. Did I mention rude? Manufacturer still maintains they are required to do the warranty work. Drove there a second time with a copy of email stating such. Still no joy. And did I mention they are rude? Hope they go out of business soon. more

Great place to get parts to do-it-yourself or to let them fix it 11/16/2005

I have used home appliance for many years to diagnose problems with various appliances. They have been very nice and knowledgeable. They are honest, will give you a quote, and will even tell you whether the item is worth fixing. more
