Hired Mr. Mues to take care of my child custody issues. Cannot say enough about how my case was handled. My phone calls and emails were returned lightening fast. The outcome of my case was better than I could have imagined. Mr. Mues and Ms. Shockey are an amazing team! Hopefully I will not have to retain a lawyer in the future, but if I do, my choice has already been made! more

Divorce Attorney 1/17/2012

I selected Robert ""Chip"" Mues after following his blog (www.hcmmlaw(dot)com/blog/author/rmues/) and researching reviews. Robert (""Chip"") and his firm did an excellent job in clearly communicating the issues with opposing counsel and the courts. His demeanor is pleasant, understanding and direct. His guidance in the uncomfortable matter of divorce was efficient, professional and thorough. His staff is very pleasant to work with and respond amazingly fast. I highly recommend Robert and his firm to others should they find themselves in similar circumstances. more

Chip Mues; a steady and calm force in a difficult time! 12/15/2011

I want to provide a review for Chip Mues. My brother was going through a divorce. Even though I am an attorney, I do not practice in the Dayton area and I do not practice domestic relations. I asked for references from others in the Dayton area and received Chip?s name. I researched his Martindale Hubbell rating, which is an attorney peer rating system, and Chip was rated the highest, AV. I was doing due diligence to be certain that we selected an attorney that understood that people are involved in the process, with emotions, but also understood that we have to be financially realistic. more
