We dealt with a very pushy lady called Josie. We were there to bury Mom. Josie was very pushy in trying to sell us a plot for Dad. We were concerned with getting Mom's headstone paid for so it could be put down. Not Dad's plot. Josie tried to push the buy Dad's plot 4-5 times. We finally got her to stop by providing her with our Dad's number. Bug him tactic, not us. This is at a time when we are all of course grieving. We were not informed the section where Mom was being put did not allow stand up headstones. Much to our disappointment, we would learn it to late. The flat headstones get drove over with their lawn mowers. Probably the reason they don't allow you to place anything on headstones.
They will not even allow you to place a temporary marker so that you are able to locate your loved one! They do not provide a temporary marker. Any temporary marker will be removed. Perhaps someone should explain to them what a devastating feeling it is, knowing that your loved one, is lying in an unmarked grave. Family can't even find where they are buried.
Rules: No solar lighting allowed! It will be thrown away!
No Live planting. It will be dug up and thrown away!
No temporary markers allowed.
No placing anything except for flowers in the vase!
