Very easy to get an appointment with. As a new patient, I got an appt pretty quickly within a week and it was a long appointment as well. Most other family doctors in the Westlake and North Olmsted area would make you wait 1 month or even 2 months to see them. A bonus is that he has early 7 o'clock appointments and late evening appointments one night a week so I can get in to see him before and after work without much hassle. I hear he also sometimes has Saturday appointments but I can't confirm that. Overall, I'd give Dr. Holtzmeier a solid grade of A. more

I don't often take the time to write reviews but I had to comment about Dr. Holtzmeier. This is the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. H went beyond my expectations in the amount of time he spent with me and the above and beyond effort he took to research my unique medical concern. I originally was scheduled to see one of his colleagues but when she couldn't see me I was seen by this Dr. I'm glad this happened other wise I probably wouldn't have met him. Based upon my recommendation, he is now the primary care physician for me as well as two teenage sons and even my elderly mother. Kind, intelligent, super competant and readily available.
